After realizing who you are, the next thing is to understand your strengths and weaknesses. When you know where your strength lies, you will be able to develop it better and also identify the steps to cover up for your weakness. Everyone has a weakness, how we attend to them and how we manage them in down times is what is different.

What do you have and how do they solve your current problems:

During reflective sessions, you must identify what your resources are and how they can help you in accomplishing your dreams. You must set a goal; when you have a goal, you will be able to relate the resources you have and how much more you need to accomplish your goals.

What are the things that energize you:

You need to understand what brings positive energy and what you enjoy doing the most. This helps you to know what drives and motivates you.

What are the things that scare you the most:

You must also figure out those things that you are scared of doing.
