The standard university school of medicine narrated the primary cause of free-floating anxiety due to the dysfunctional status of some parts of the brain and amygdala. Amygdala is responsible for playing a critical role in controlling and balancing emotions, perceptions, and experiences. The balance in the amygdala is thus unbalanced with the state of being dysfunctional. And people are prone to extreme fear and anxiety. Some causes have been identified by a psychiatrist, which is as follows:

1. Genetics:

Some families have the highest reactionary tendency in genes toward stress and anxiety. The happening of normal issues appears to be like a mountain out of a molehill. Thus, the genes inherited from the forefathers become a cause of free-floating anxiety in some people.
